	Dear Mr. Pombo,
I am responding to your letter of April 2, 2002 regarding my request for answers to the 299 questions posted on the We the People Foundation website. In your letter, you stated that you had forwarded my correspondence to the IRS and the DOJ.
I have enclosed copies of my correspondence with National Director for Legislative Affairs, Floyd L. Williams, some of which I know you have previously received, in order to keep you up to date on my progress.
In particular, I am concerned with the fact that the IRS has failed to meet its statutory deadline to respond to a Freedom of Information Act request for the document which Mr. Williams cites as the "answer" to the 299 questions. I ask for your help in obtaining this document, as I have thus far been unsuccessful in my attempts to obtain a copy either through Mr. Williams, or the IRS FOIA Office.
I am also forwarding a copy of all of this correspondence to Congressman Matsui, as in August I moved from Carmichael to unincorporated Sacramento County and now reside within his district. An interesting aside here, before the last redistricting, my house in Carmichael was in Matsui's district, so it's nice to already be familiar with two of the congressmen from Sacramento.

Thank you again for your fine representation over the years, my parents and siblings who still live in your district are very happy with your work,
